Redbreast 12 year old Irish Whisky -70cl

Appearance: Deep gold.

Nose: Clean with a hint of honeyed sweetness. Sherry and fruit cake with some wood notes.

Palate: A real hit of flavour. Ginger, toffee and treacle soften into firm spice. A pleasure.

Finish: Sherry and spice in a long warming hug. A real treat.

Comment: Always rated highly at tastings. This complex Malt has a character that makes people return time and time again. A 12 year old single aged pot stilled whiskey which has been triple distilled. The Irsih place an extra "e" in whisky, so it is known as whiskey.
