Cousino Macul Chardonnay 2009 - 75cl

A fruity Chardonnay with an attractive straw colour and a few green tints typical of its youth. It has a clean expression of orange peel and apple aromas with a tropical note of mango. In the background there are notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. Medium bodied; there are immediate juicy flavours of lemons, mandarins and, more subtly of limes. This wine is balanced, very vibrant and silky.

We like it because it is un-oaked - making it very easy drinking. Delicious as an aperitif and also a perfect match to seafood.

A very consistent producer, founded in 1856 and now run by the sixth generation of the Cousiño family. The wines are elegant and suave.
