Fresh and crisp with a lovely aromatic nose. Flavours of greengage, citrus acidity and a fine, mineral finish. High-quality Sauvignon with super value. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from some of the best sites across the Cape - a parcel of very aromatic cool climate fruit from Durbanville, a small component of richer more tropical fruit from Paardeberg and a small parcel from the Waterkloof estate in Stellenbosch, all brought together under the watchful care and attention of Waterkloof's award winning winemaker Werner Engelbrecht.
